Join us! for an exciting Show and Tell event, where teams from the October Hackathon will demo their incredible projects, receive feedback from a panel of expert judges, and compete for huge prizes.

This is the culmination of all the hard work from the past month, and we can’t wait to see what everyone has built!

What to Expect:

This is a night to celebrate the innovation and creativity of our AI Tinkerers community. Here’s how the event will go down:

6:00 PM - Event Start & Networking

Grab some food and drinks, and meet with fellow attendees, including representatives from YTL AI, SUPA & TDCX. This is your chance to reconnect with your peers, exchange last-minute ideas, and prep for the demos!

6:30 PM - Opening Remarks

We’ll kick off the event with a welcome address, reviewing the journey so far and setting the stage for the evening. We’ll also introduce our judging panel, who represent some of Malaysia’s best and brightest.

6:45 PM - Project Demos Begin

Teams will present their projects, showcasing what they’ve been working on for the past month. Each team will have 10 minutes for their demo, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A from the judges.

Teams are encouraged to:

• Clearly outline the problem they tackled
• Walk us through their solution, demonstrating the AI, tech and tools they used
• Share the potential impact and scalability of their project

8:00 PM - Judging Deliberation & Networking

After all the demos, the judging panel will step away to deliberate and finalise the winners. During this time, attendees can continue networking, discuss projects, and relax before the awards ceremony.

8:30 PM - Prize Ceremony

The moment everyone has been waiting for! We’ll announce the top teams and award the prizes

Special prizes may also be awarded based on innovation, technical achievement, and teamwork. The winners will have an opportunity to speak about their projects and the journey they’ve been on throughout the hackathon.

8:50 PM - Closing Remarks

We’ll wrap up the event with some final thoughts and thank yous, including a shoutout to all the participants, sponsors, and the AI Tinkerers community for making this event possible.

9:00 PM - Event Close & Final Networking

Take the opportunity to have one last conversation with fellow tinkerers, judges, and industry leaders before we call it a night. Exchange contacts, discuss future collaborations, and celebrate the successes of the evening.
