KlinikKu+ : Orchestrating Seamless Healthcare Services

Target Users: General Practitioner (GP) doctors in Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM)

The Problem
Public health doctors are stretched thin. Every day, they juggle endless paperwork, re-enter the same data into multiple systems, and try to piece together patient information from scattered sources—past medical histories, lab reports, handwritten notes, real-time vitals. This isn’t just frustrating—it steals time away from patient care and piles on mental strain, leading to burnout.

Our Mission
We want to give doctors superpowers. KlinikKu+ reimagines their daily workflow—automating repetitive admin work, pulling together complex data into one clear picture, and surfacing insights in seconds. The goal is simple: reduce the mental load so they can focus on the patient, not the paperwork.

What KlinikKu+ Does

  1. Patient History Summarizer – Quickly condenses years of records into a short, relevant brief for the day’s consult.
  2. AskMe Bot – A friendly AI assistant for quick answers to medical or administrative questions.
  3. Prescription Recommendation Aid – Suggests treatment options based on the case (with a human-in-the-loop so the doctor always makes the final call).

How It Works in Practice

  1. The GP logs into KlinikKu+.
  2. Picks the patient for today → sees a clean, AI-generated summary of their medical history and latest results.
  3. If they need a quick check—say, dosage guidance or policy updates—they just ask the AskMe Bot.
  4. The system shows recommended prescription options → the GP reviews and approves (or changes) them.
  5. Notes and recommendations are then pushed into KKM’s records system.
  6. Post appointment - patients will also be getting appointment summary of the day so both patients and doctors are well-communicated

Why It Matters

  1. Cuts history review time from 10–15 minutes down to under 1 minute for 1 patient. Imagine per day a GP can have around 15-20 appointments hence it saves approximately 5 hours a day.
  2. Gives doctors more headspace and time to focus on patients.
  3. Improves confidence in decision-making with real-time, data-backed insights.
  4. Reduces burnout risk by taking away low-value, high-frustration tasks.

What Makes It Different

  • It’s built for Malaysian public healthcare—lessen as much administrative works and let clinicians focus more on more added value tasks which is - patient care.
  • Combines AI summarization with human oversight for safe, reliable care.
  • Integrates multiple data sources into one seamless interface.
