This project aims to transform the post-consultation experience for doctors and patients by addressing key challenges such as uncertainty in medication adherence, manual prescription processes, and the fatigue of repeated face-to-face follow-ups. Leveraging Agentic AI, the solution integrates three core capabilities: a Smart AI Prescription Scheduler that plans and sends timely medication reminders to patients, a Friendly Follow-Up Agent Call that checks on patient conditions and records responses, and an Efficient Follow-Up Summary feature that extracts and presents key insights for doctors to review with ease. By streamlining scheduling, reminders, and follow-up reporting, the system reduces administrative burdens on doctors, boosts patient compliance, and enables more efficient, informed, and personalized care.
