Project Description
Patients face a confusing, anxious, and disjointed journey: finding the right clinic, booking, navigating large hospitals, understanding next steps (“mental wayfinding”). This leads to missed appointments, long perceived waits, and poor satisfaction. Hence, we developed solution with the following feature:
• Smart Booking & Queue Card: WhatsApp chatbot + web “digital queue card” to book, receive reminders, and see live ETA.
• Indoor Navigation: Visual-positioning with 2D floor plan → overlayed red path
• Wait-Time Prediction: ML model predicts per-patient ETA during appointment scheduling.
• Multi-Role Dashboard: receptionist view (check-in, call-next), admin (queue rules, floor map editor), analyst (KPIs).
