Navigation: Ohmni robot escorts patients; ElevenLabs voice gives step-by-step guidance.
Digital Companion: Mobile-friendly micro-site shows live map, next steps, and updates.
Dynamic Adjustments: Reroutes based on delays; escalates to live concierge if needed.
Post-visit: Simple after-visit summary + follow-up reminders.
