Patients who visit specialist doctors at Malaysian government health facilities often face a series of frustrating challenges.

First, booking an appointment usually requires an in-person visit to the hospital, which is time-consuming, costly for those traveling from rural areas, and offers no visibility on slot availability.

When they arrive for their consultation, long registration queues and a lack of real-time queue updates cause uncertainty and wasted waiting time.

Inside large hospital complexes, many patients struggle to find the correct department, clinic, or counter, leading to missed appointments and added stress — especially for elderly patients.

After the consultation, important medical reports are often provided only in paper form, making them easy to misplace and difficult to reference later.

Post-consultation, patients rarely receive clear, personalized advice on diet and lifestyle, leaving them unsure how to manage their health between visits.

To make matters worse, medication adherence is low due to the absence of timely reminders, and patients often forget to stay physically active, further impacting their recovery and long-term well-being.

Our solution is a comprehensive mobile application designed to enhance the experience of seasonal patients visiting specialist doctors at Malaysian government health facilities. It allows patients to book upcoming consultation slots online, navigate easily within large hospital complexes using an interactive indoor guide, and access their past consultation reports anytime. The app also provides personalized post-consultation recommendations on diet and healthy living, along with reminders to take medication and stay active, ensuring better adherence to medical advice and improved overall patient outcomes.
