Project Description
Finding your way in a clinic can be stressful—especially for first-timers. We’re fixing that with a browser-based, walkable 3D clinic you can explore before you go, paired with a friendly voice concierge you can talk to in real time. Ask for a doctor, book an appointment, get directions, or set reminders—fast, easy, and multilingual. Patients arrive confident, staff handle fewer repetitive calls, and no-shows drop thanks to simple booking and reminders. Perfect for patients, caregivers, and clinic teams, this tool makes healthcare visits smoother from start to finish.
Prior Work
We started from zero and, in just the hackathon weekend, built a working prototype that blends a 3D walkable clinic with a real-time voice concierge. You can search for providers, book appointments with instant SMS confirmations, get turn-by-turn directions, set reminders, and log call notes—powered by secure webhooks and Google Sheets. Behind the scenes, modular automations keep everything running, making it easy to scale to other clinics. The big win? We bridged spatial navigation with conversational AI, creating a seamless patient journey from “where do I go?” to “see you at your appointment.”
